HOOD-E-BEAR™ TERMS & POLICIES:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. If you are not completely satisfied with your Hood-E-Bear™ item and you are within our return policy, please return it for a full store credit within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
Returns require approval from one of our team members before the return can be processed. Please contact one of our team members before returning your item.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received an item in error or damaged, we will credit your return shipping cost toward your next order.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Currently we are unable to offer exchanges by mail or online. If you request an exchange, you will be
issued a full store credit. Once your item is returned and a credit is issued, you can go ahead and process a new order.
It is our goal that all our Hood-E-Bear™ customers are 100% satisfied. In the event that an item is returned to us in a non returnable condition, we will do our best to resolve any issues.
